Conn3cted conducted a comprehensive website and social media audit, reviewing existing channels to better understand online performance.
This included analysing engagement levels, content performance, audience insights, and consistency of branding across platforms. We also benchmarked against competitors and industry standards to highlight what was working well and where improvements could be made. A key part of the audit was ensuring Toyota’s national branding was effectively and consistently integrated into the Dealer’s local social media presence.
Content recommendations & strategy
Following the audit, we provided a set of tailored recommendations to improve digital strategy. This included guidance on the fundamentals of Facebook versus Instagram, such as post and reel dimensions, recommended tools for content creation and best practices for each platform.
