Toyota myFleet


Toyota Fleet wanted to improve customer experience, communicate to more Toyota Fleet customers and improve the way they were doing business through the use of technology. They also wanted to simplify and improve how their vehicles were managed, and engaged us to design and build a new fleet ecosystem from the ground up.

Toyota Fleet’s account management, dealers and fleet divisions all used different systems, meaning changes had to be implemented three times and were often paper based. It was necessary that each initiative in the eco-system had to work together, be re-usable and provide or generate the data required by the system and process.

Using a multi-phased approach, Conn3cted worked collaboratively with Toyota Fleet to develop a roadmap that consisted of a series of initiatives that would continuously improve the way they did business, while creating the building blocks to achieve the client vision.

myFleet is key to Fleet business operations, increasing the access and currency of Fleet data and enabling Toyota staff to contribute to business improvement. The myFleet platform allows the Toyota Fleet business to run lean whilst delivering around 50% of vehicle sales.

MyFleet is recognised as global best practice by Toyota Motor Corporation and has saved the company many millions of dollars in efficiency improvements.
