A new fintech, customer facing technology platform that delivers a next-gen experience for Toyota Financial Services customers. It is integrated with core finance and banking platforms and was designed and built from the whiteboard through to delivery. It has millions of transactions, thousands of users and hundreds of integration points.
Our client’s primary activities include providing financing for vehicle acquisitions through leasing, consumer and commercial loans, offering bailment facilities and commercial loans to motor dealers. They also provide operating leases and fleet management services to customers, and distribute retail insurance policies underwritten by third-party insurers. We immersed ourselves in the business to understand the platform’s dependencies and the processes required to meet their objectives.
